The key word is omega-3, found in nuts and fish.The next one is oleic acid, found in avocado and olive oils. It is a mono-unsaturated omega 9 oil that is the next healthiest choice, and can be very flavorful. Our daily requirements of fat is some 3 serving of good fat, equivalent to 3 Tablespoons of oil. This can be exchanged for nuts, olives or any other unsaturated fat.
